Happy 30th Birthday BBC Micro!
I was 12 years old when I finally managed to beg and borrowed the astronomical sum of £399 to buy my first real computer, the BBC micro and much of my teenage years were spent writing games and surfing the world of bulletin boards. This was computing at its best, a whooping 32Kbytes of memory, a super fast 2MHz processor and infinite possibilities.
Here at Coreware we’ve not forgotten our beloved BBC micros and have a small army of them that we can dust off whenever we want to relive our youth playing Elite, Chuckie Egg or Starship Command.
